Gita brings expertise on regulatory requirements from the EU and US, a proven practitioner’s approach to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and a stellar track record of sustainability strategy to execution. Mark Kane, CEO of Sustainabil-IT: “We worked together with Gita on Alternus’ sustainability roadmap and benchmarking – and through this engagement, learned how we shared the same values of sustainability, trust, transparency and compassion. We are absolutely delighted that Gita has chosen to join our values-led organisation, that operates a 4-day week, works remote-first and has established partnerships with leading sustainable technology companies to accelerate the sustainable transition. In addition to guiding our clients, Gita will lead Sustainabil-IT on our own goals of attaining Ecovadis Platinum and BCorp status.
Gita Shah: “I am a life-long advocate in this space and so I am excited to be joining Sustainabil-IT, a values-driven organisation that speaks to the ever growing need to harness technology in order to accelerate sustainability across the corporate environment. Through working with Sustainabil-IT, I can leverage my expertise to assist companies on their own sustainability and transformation journeys. I am delighted to be working with Mark and Ana and collaborating with a host of other professionals in this space including our Agile Sustainability group at Agile Executives, as we push for meaningful, sustainable change across business and beyond.”
